Welcome back from Summer Holidays!

by Donna Weidenfeller

I want to invite any branch member who is planning to

attend the RSCDS AGM November 7th in Perth, Scot-

land to be one of our branch delegates. I'll need to know

by 14 September as I have to submit our list by the end

of that week. Otherwise Robert Mackay will assist us to

find attendees who would like to represent us and our

decisions on matters that will be voted at the AGM

meeting. There is also a formal ball and classes during

the weekend.

For those of you who have tried and been frustrated by

headquarters online members' database, they are moving to a new IT provider. The goal date for completion is 31

August.

As Branch members you are welcome to attend Branch

Committee meetings which most of you know occur the

day of the monthly party. The branch Committee is

starting the year early; we will have a meeting 12 Sep-

tember at my apartment. If you would like to attend

please let me know in advance as my place is small.

A friend from Germany sent a notification regarding a

supplement to the wee green book of dance diagrams.

Please look elsewhere in this issue for ordering details.

"Dance, then, wherever you may be..."

Branch yellow brochure will be available at games or from

Susie.

for them!

sion to post when necessary. Keep a supply of flyers in your

purse and car. Get more at class or call Susie at 415-333-9372,
