All PK30 designed components are extruded from high grade 6063 recyclable aluminum alloy with up to 30% recycled content. (See PK-30 LEED documents for more information) The standard finish is clear satin anodized, black satin anodized & white PPG Duracron. Custom colors are available per special order. The system accepts any 1/4” or 1/2” thick panel material (including laminated glass) allowing for virtually unlimited design choices. All panels are cushioned by our proprietary clear silicone gasket and held securely in place by snap-in stops, enabling complete installation before glazing, as well as simplifying any repair or replacement.

FSB premium quality heavy-duty commercial grade sliding door locks for entry and privacy doors as well as a pocket door full mortise lock with an integral edge pull. These locks can be used with FSB flush pulls for locking doors or with the PK02-3010 flush pull extrusion, both mounted into our lock-box. Locks are available in a variety of keyed and non-keyed functions. All FSB sliding locks are compatible with most US cylinders.

Hinging hardware options are the PK02-2010 offset pivot hinge or the PK06-1010 center pivot hinge. The PK06-2010 offset pivot hinge, designed and fabricated in-house, can be customized for wide throw applications where extra clearance may be required. The pivot point location of the PK06-1010 center pivot hinge is adjustable along the width of the door. Both the offset and center pivot hinges can be used with a drywall header or with a transom panel above the door. Full mortise locks are available in all standard functions, or a surface mounted door pull with an overhead combination angle stop ball catch may be specified, see the hardware pages or the FSB catalog for more information.

FSB has produced door hardware for over a century. FSB's lever designs are so admired that four have been added to MoMA's permanent collection. Swing Door full mortise ANSI A Grade 1 locks are available in all standard functions, Sliding Door full mortise locks for entry and privacy doors as well as a Pocket Door full mortise lock with an integral edge pull, all with FSB’s extensive selection of lever, knob and flush pull trims in various metals and finishes.

The system will accommodate any standard 1-3/4 inch thick wood door. Custom doors are made to order, factory machined for hardware i.e., locks hinges flush-bolts. Factory machining allows doors to arrive at the job site prepped and ready for installation, saving time, ensuring quality and accuracy, eliminating the need to coordinate machining, and saving labor costs. Particle Board Core, FSC Certified Particle Board Core or Kraft Paper Honeycomb core construction. Door skins are comprised of cross bands of a minimum thickness of 1/16" and face veneers of various foreign or domestic species or high pressure decorative laminates. Factory-Finishing for the best possible result, smoother, more durable and uniform color, texture, and sheen, factory finished doors offer the ultimate in quality, environmental consideration, and economical results.

All fixed panels have integral height adjusters built into a reveal channel mounted inboard of the top and bottom panel rails. This allows for precision field adjustment ensuring the best possible alignment of all system elements. Fixed panels may be ganged together, connectors automatically set a 1/8" reveal between panels. Header panels above offset pivot hinged doors may use the 1 1/4” profile for the bottom rail. The fixed panel reveals to the ceiling or floor are adjustable from 1/8” to 3/4” in order to accommodate out of level conditions.

PK-30 Folding Walls open up infinite possibilities. There are two flush front folding options; the Hawa-Centerfold 80/H is a high quality accordion wall hardware system for variable room partitions up to 39'4” in width. The suspension point for this system is located at the panel center. Thus even extremely wide installations are possible without unsightly bottom guide channels. The Hawa-Variofold 80/H is a high quality bi-folding wall system. A bottom guide channel provides firm stability for installations with more than two doors per side. For stackable sliding walls there is the Hawa-Varotec 150/H. Its modular, pluggable track system will follow your plans around and into every corner, giving you free rein even for large-scale installations.
