Dan Bylsma (BYLE-zmuh) has established himself as one of the most successful coaches in Penguins¹ history. In three-plus seasons behindthe bench, Bylsma has put together a 126-62-22 overall regular-season record and won the Jack Adams Award in 2010-11 as the NHL's 'MostOutstanding Coach'. He became the third-winningest coach in franchise history when he picked up his 96th career victory on Jan. 25, 2010 vs.NY Islanders. On Feb. 10, 2010, Bylsma became the fifth-fastest head coach to 100 NHL wins (163 games) during a 2-1 defeat of Los Angeles.Bylsma's 26 career playoff wins are most in franchise history.
