The study area includes the Golden Triangle, North Shore, South Shore, Lower Hill, The Near Strip (to 26th Street) and Uptown/The Bluff. Only projects already underway as of 2009 or announced after that date have been included. Projects have been listed in four categories.Conceptual: meaning a project has been announced, but financing and a construction schedule have not been finalized. Planning: meaning a project has advanced to a point where a construction schedule has been determined and due diligence is underway. Under Construction: meaning ground has been broken. Completed: meaning there is no longer any active construction on the project site. This list was compiled and is maintained by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership.
