The Cyfield Group was formed in

1990. Soon after, CYFIELD (the land

development companies) and NEMESIS

(the infrastructure contracting companies),

joined forces and created a union that

has surpassed the sum of its parts by far.

This synergy with its combined

strength in all fields of construction

engineering brings added value to the

individual companies and multiplies the

Organization’s capabilities.

Over the past decades, we have grown

into an integrated group that ranks as a

key player in the construction industry in

Cyprus with a distinguished presence in

Greece and Egypt.

During the past few years we have

moved into energy, first by building solar

energy producing plants and recently

by establishing the first private energy

producing station in Cyprus, one of the

largest infrastructure projects in the island.

Land Development Projects

Our Land Development portfolio covers

the design, construction, marketing

and sale of a complete range

of Residential and Commercial properties.

Our activities in this area focus on

supplying the local demand for housing,

from lavish individual homes and housing

developments, to high rise luxury

apartment buildings and complexes,

as well as choice pieces of land complete

with the transfer of title deeds.

SUSTAINABLE SOURCES

By bulding solar energy parks we produce

electricity from sustainable sources thus

contiributing to the lowering of our carbon

footprint.

THE NEW ELECTRICITY POWER STATION

Our group is currendtly constructing

the first private electricity-producing

station in Cyprus.

The largest infrashtructure project

in the country for many decades, it aims

to satisfy around one third of the island’s

power requirements. The company will

be involved in all the stages of the energy

path, from production, to distribution and

supply to the end consumer of electricity

at competitive sales.

1990 The Group’s beginnings are traced back to the

establishment of Cyfield Development Public Ltd, a company specializing in land development and

now the holding company of the whole Group.

1997 Eurocyfield A.E. was established in Greece using

the same successful strategy of the mother company, designing and selling quality residential

apartment and commercial buildings, thus creating a new market in Greece. Successful

completion of dozens of projects led to broader interest which now also involves construction of

schools and other public projects.

2003To streamline its operation and maintain full control over the quality and completion of each project, the

Group expanded into manufacturing and trading with the establishment or acquisition of a number of subsidiary companies dealing in the production and trading of asphalt, concrete, precast concrete

products, aggregates and other materials and related activities.

2008 In an effort to expand the Group’s geographical

market share and gain important synergies, a number of strategic alliances were formed

with other construction companies leading in the inclusion to the Group of a second quarry,

Medcon Quarries Ltd, the formation of two new asphalt plants, Medcon-Nemesis Asphalt Ltd and

Medcon-Kythreotis-Nemesis Asphalt Ltd.

2013 Establishment of the Group’s first Energy

Company.

2015 Signing our first project in Egypt,

a 90km highway in upper Egypt.

2017 Consolidation of the Group under the Cyfield

brand name. Started the construction of many new-generation buildings around

Cyprus and Greece.

2019 A year of pioneering new projects,

new highly trained management and optimistic outlook to the future.

1996 In line with its vertical integration strategy, the Group established Curio Trading Ltd, a company that imports and markets building materials and sanitary ware. Today, Curio is a stand-alone company that supplies both the Group and other companies with roof and floor tiles, parquet flooring, and high quality European sanitary ware.

2002 In a strategic move to diversify its activities into infrastructure construction projects, the Group acquired a majority stake (70%) in the public company NEMESIS Construction Plc, and created its contracting division.

2004 A quarry company, was acquired together with the corresponding mining privilege.

2006 The creation of Nemesis Asphalt Petroleum Ltd completed the circle of material supplies with the importation and storage of bitumen, the key ingredient for the production of asphalt.

2012 Following some years of consolidation, the Organisation has embarked on expansionary strategies steering Cyfield Group to new operational levels.

2014 Establishment of subsidiary company in Egypt .

2016 Established Cyfield Construction Ltd, a company geared to take on high quality contracting building projects. Started the construction of the 360, the highest building in Cyprus to-date

2018 Embarked on its most ambitious project yet, having established PEC (Power Energy Cyprus) and received the licence for the first private electricity production station in Cyprus.
