We "Pioneer Engineering Company" established in 1943 is the leading manufacturer and supplier of Process Machinery and Services. As sales boundaries expanded beyond Mumbai throughout India and overseas, the variety of machines also increased like Twin Shaft Dispersers, Sigma Blade Mixers, Variable Speed Dispersers, Planetary Mixers, Hydraulic Discharge Presses, Hydraulic and Mechanical Triple Roll Mills, Conti-Mills (Horizontal Bead Mills), Ploughshare Mixers, Attrition Mills, Ribbon Blade Mixers, Wall Mounting Dispersers, Ball and pebble Mills, etc. These were made in various different sizes to suit Laboratory needs and Production requirements and used in various different industries like Paints, Printing Inks, Pigments, Dyestuffs, Sealants (Automotive and Construction), Adhesives, Ceramics, Cosmetics, Soaps, Detergents, Colours and Allied Industries, etc.A portion of our components are sub-contracted to specialists for fabrication, machining, grinding and sub-assembly of parts/components. Sub-contracted parts are manufactured as per our drawings and pre-inspected before taking delivery. Our machines are sturdy and made under the Founder's philosophy of giving " VALUE FOR MONEY " to the customer and "OUR CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT". Our Founder expired in 2001 after 57 years of dedicated service and the Company is now run by his two sons Dhanju and Yazdi both of whom are qualified engineers with over 30 years experience. Further more a qualified grandson Marzban has joined after having done his engineering from India and specialization from England. The Company is on very sound technical footing and also makes Special Purpose Machines to suit individual requirements.The Company was started in 1943 by a technical entrepreneur, Mr. Darabshaw Chichgur after having worked on the shop-floor in charge of machine-building in India, qualifying from the U.K. and polishing his skills on the shop-floor of another company in the U.K. manufacturing Chemical Process Machinery.TRANSCRIPT
