We manage about 181 sq.kms of area through our 4 Ward offices We have over 40 departments with a workforce of about 7500

Present Status
Work is completed 16 BRT bus
stations are under construction on PPP basis.
Remaining 20 BRT bus stations will be completed by Dec-13.
Out of 16 BRT bus stations 12 bus stations completed & remaining 4 are in progress.
Unless all bus stations (16+20) completed BRT service cannot be started, so far all bus station will be completed by Dec. 13.
Length 14.50 Km- length 10.5 km completed.
4.00 km work is in Progress. Defence land is transferred in the month of Aug.12.
20 bus stations are planned & execution will be completed by Dec 13.
Work is in Progress. 83% of flyover work is
completed and total completion is expected by Oct. 13.
Road work is in Progress. Defence land is transferred in the month of Aug.12.
75% of road work is completed other than WP in High Court/District Court against land acquisition. (600m length of road out of 7.90 km).
15 bus stations are planned & execution will be completed by Dec 13.
Work is in Progress.
28% of flyover work is completed and stipulated date of completion is Oct. 13 and extension of time requested is 31st Aug 2014.
Road work is in Progress.
WP in High Court against land acquisition. Rehabilitation & Resettlement of 184 PAP’s is in process (1.6 km out of 10.275).
19 bus stations are planned & execution will be completed by Oct 14.

BRT BUS STOP DESIGN
The Intelligent Transit Management System (ITMS) shall comprise of the following distinctive applications.
• Automated Fare Collection System• GPS based Fleet Monitoring System• Vehicle Scheduling & Dispatch System• Passenger Information System• Financial Management System / Central Clearing House System• Depot Management System & Bus Terminal Management System• Incident Management System / Call centre Management System• Business Intelligent System• Enterprise Management System
The estimated cost is Rs.19.07 Cr. for both hardware & software part of ITMS. The total O & M cost for 6 years on annuity basis is worked out as Rs. 30.65 Cr.

IBI Group, Canada has been appointed on 1st March 2013. Access plan to BRT corridor by Pedestrian & NMT–
Proposal from MVA Asia consultancy is in process of acceptance. Parking policy & Management --
Proposal from UMTC consultancy is in process of acceptance. Promotion & Out reach Program –
Proposal from IBI Group Canada consultancy is in process of acceptance.
Consultancy for O & D survey of corridor No. 3&4 –
Aakar Abhinav,Mumbai has been appointed on 1st March 2013. Consultancy for Safety Audit of Pune –Mumbai Road.
Proposal from IIT Mumbai (Powai) is in process of acceptance.
