Each cohort of FIN entrepreneurs receive business coaching, training, peer-learning, and financial aid ~ all while launching their businesses from a commercial kitchen. We believe in the power of

learning while doing, because there is no better time than now.

Project Feast is a core tenant, training culinary apprentices who operate the training cafe, Cafe Ubuntu. Their 4-month Culinary Apprenticeship prepares people for work in a professional kitchen

environment through hands-on experience and leadership training.

The Pilot Kitchen is our testing ground for the first cohort of FIN Entrepreneurs, where we coordinate organizations to provide specialized services under one roof. Delivering space and services to make

culinary dreams a reality for low-income and minority residents in South King County.
