SMOOTH(er) PICTURE DAY

Hello AYSO Soccer players, parents and coaches.

1. Be ten minutes early or if your pictures are scheduled for after your game – head over to the camera area as soon as it’s finished. Look for the white tent and red banner flags that say "TSS Picture Day."

2. We are using "SHIP TO PARENT" delivery, meaning your photographs are shipped directly to your home. There is a $3.00 shipping charge added for this convenience to each order. This includes a $2.00 charge from the factory for the handling, envelopes and labeling, etc plus $1.00 for postage. You get the pictures direct, why bother the league or the coaches when they are busy enough as it is.

3. The camera crews and display tent will be located on the middle field just below the baseball field backstop.

4. Even if you do not want to order pictures, please have each athlete go to the

photography area so the TEAM PICTURE is complete. Thanks.

5. If we take the team and individual picture, you can always order on-line later.

6. Team pictures will be taken first, and then each individual picture will be taken.

7. Have your order form filled out as completely as possible, have the staff at the display tent help with any questions you may have. Be ready to turn the completed envelope when it's time to take the pictures.

8. Coaches are in the team picture too!!!

9. Please help everyone stay close together while waiting to stage at the cameras.
