channel; scanning microprobe channel with 2 µm spatial resolution; RBS, PIXE, PIGE channels; ERDA channel with electrostatic spectrometer; X-ray quasi-monochromatic source.

High resolution elastic scattering channel is intended for non-destructive quantitativedetermination of hydrogen and its depth distribution in the sample material by recoil nucleimethodmethod.The main advantagesThe vacuum in the scattering chamber is 10-7 Pa, that makes contamination of samplesimpossible during the experiment.
