This is regarding the recently concluded PICE election of 2012 Board of Directors last National Convention in Cagayan de Oro City. May we request clarification from the Nomination Committee why Engr. David Sanchez was able to run in the election given that he had been elected consecutively for three terms and had served under the terms of Aquino/Besavilla (2009), Pacanan (2010) and Pacheco (2011). May we know therefore if there is a provision in the by-laws that will allow a director to serve a 4 th term? This is regarding the recently concluded PICE election of 2012 Board of Directors last National Convention in Cagayan de Oro City.

May we request clarification from the Nomination Committee why Engr. David Sanchez was able to run in the election given that he had been elected consecutively for three terms and had served under the terms of Aquino/Besavilla (2009), Pacanan (2010) and Pacheco (2011).
