Jawbox Small Batch Echinville, Northern Ireland

Jawbox Classic Dry is made at Jawbox distillery near Belfast. Made using 11 botanicals including heather, liquorice, cubeb and grains of paradise, this works particularly well with

Ginger Ale. Recommend with Schweppes 1783 Ginger Ale

Gunpowder Drumshanbo, Ireland

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is an oriental-inspired spirit from The Shed Distillery in Co Leitrim. Taking its name from one of the signature botanicals, slowly dried Gunpowder

tea, the recipe also includes lime, lemon, and grapefruit.

Recommend with Schweppes 1783 Light Tonic

Boatyard Double Boatyard Double Gin hails from Northern Ireland. Made with spirit from organically

grown wheat. The botanicals include juniper, coriander, lemon, angelica, orris, liquorice and

grains of paradise. Recommend with Schweppes 1783

Salty Lemon Tonic

Hendrick’s Girvan, Scotland

Infused with rose petals and cucumber as well as the normal botanicals, this is a must for

all gin-lovers. In the summertime, Hendrick’s makes a fantastically refreshing gin and tonic,

with plenty of ice and garnish with thinly-sliced cucumber – delicious!

Tanqueray Ten London, England

A super-premium small-batch Tanqueray named after the number of the No. 10 still in

which it is made. A superb controlled explosion of very aromatic botanical flavours.

Boodles Warrington, England

Made in Warrington, it contains nine botanicals. These are juniper, coriander seed,

angelica root, angelica seed, cassia bark, caraway, nutmeg, rosemary, and sage. This has less overt juniper notes than some other gins,

but still makes a superb G&T. Recommend with Schweppes 1783

Cucumber Tonic

Monkey 47 A curious gin from the Black Forest in

Germany. Made with 47 (yes, really) botanicals and bottled at 47%, they also use a ‘secret weapon typical to the Black Forest’ in the

mix – cranberries. Recommend with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic

Shortcross Rademon, Northern Ireland

An aromatic gin infused with Elderflowers, Elderberries, Orange, Coriander, and Cassia. A Gin with an exceptionally long and smooth
