The reason to do so, however, was different in each case. sometimes both were looking for a replacement of architectural theories, sometimes it was one of the following logic or the efficiency of learning of experience. It is conspicuously that at least the respective state of the nation / world economy is increasingly co-owner and incubator of employment. This is particularly interesting because we now seem to face a major challenge in this respect. The relationship between economic power and thus the world's top consumer of energy buildings (all kinds) is so obvious and of course, is so obvious that we have often overlooked or ignored this relationship until now.

The relationship between economic power and thus the world's top consumer of energy buildings (all kinds) is so obvious and of course, is so obvious that we have often overlooked or ignored this relationship until now.

energieconsumption in germany We can note that the relationship between building- business-energy is eternal, it is clear why THE TOPIC of our time is sustainability. Never before the knowledge of the finite resources of our planet and a deep global economic crisis have come together as synchronized and radical. If the above relation is valid, we will be able to evaluate the results with the shape of the buildings recognize in the futuretime. The reaction of human to the scarcity of resources and economic crisis will impact on planning and construction of buildings and create an aesthetic of sustainability. Indeed, the depth and those caused by the globalization of cultural complexity and functional relationships to planning and construction processes that are not easy to deal more with the construction of a building.

The plan will need to consider a new context, border areas and issues that deal with things around the house. Questions whose answers are allowing the remains of the above mentioned context, global head of energy and resources to consumers and the economy. So it is for the architect and the engineer, more than ever about the why, where, how, by whom and the so on and immediately issues and not the house itself – no more. A look at recent history of architecture at the end of the massive post-modernism of the 80s (driven by the economic powere of the USA ) shows us clearly the context of crisis and sustainability (at that time the embracing was the concept is not yet clear, it was therefore "only" designed the project in question of energy concepts) at the beginning of the crisis-ridden 90s faced the British High Tec and the Scandinavian eco-house flow. Some startet putting shells on houses of all kinds of technical stuff, the first solar cells and wind turbines have been seen on houses. The leading figures of that time were people like Richard Rogers, Norman Foster, Renzo Piano, all sought to work closely with engineers, as in these days of famous engineers Ove Arup, a holistic, transparent, no matter what type of building and economic use they build. Striking it was at that time the economic crisis in England was particularly hard (fees to 1.2% were common, David Chipperfield designed boutiques), the others insulated the houses with one meter thick walls, build green roofs care, and turned houses to the sun and votet green, the Freiburg architect Rolf Disch was one whose buildings even could rotate, so it was like a sunflower follow the course of the sun. These movements were followed probably more intuitive. A new topic to Europe by the Green Parties was at the beginning of the eighties.(based out of the first oil shock in the early seventies) But instead of working on the common ground and seek exchange and to allow lost, both refer to dogma and debate. Considering the number of the Pritzker prize winner in the 90's (there is this price only since 1979) which seems to be the most important awards for architects, is also a reflection on the relationship between the design of buildings and the current economic context to . Winners at this time were actually architects such as Renzo Piano, Norman Foster, Sverre Fehn. The 2000s, marked by globalism and the boundlessness of the financial markets, was leading us to very different and very new buildings. These were shaped just like the past few years by the possibilities of money but also just as suddenly conceived houses, designed and made in these ways. (just like the buildings in the previous decade of the 90s). Looking to many of these projects they are usually either very large or very crooked, or very cold or very high or very tatitata but they are all, or trying something to be really great, all are screaming here here - look - look at me – am i not very good. At the beginning of the great boom and the boundlessness of possibilities architects have been out into the spotlight who the first only have been a kind of avant-garde ; Zaha Hadid, Morphosis, Coop Himmelblau etc. have before just been noticed at the beginning of the 3rd millennium only by spectacular models and renderings, and if they then built for a patron, often, these buildings will soon be renovated or added to any other use. This should not represent their work as a fault, on the contrary, many of these projects impress through their

design and aesthetics. A variety of such projects are in a functional or cultural context that is not suitable for such eloquent architecture as the foregoing. So they often seem so out of place and random. Again and again it was misconceived innovation, innovation that only the new, seemingly inexhaustible resources pointed out, but that in reality meant that the cost to the amount or form to reach was so immense that they under other circumstances never contemplated or build these projecta could never be on the market. Built portfolio architecture have been so valid that they were also used in everyday projects like roofs of cars. Dubai was everywhere. Pritzker prize winner of the 2000's: Hadid, Nouvel, Tom Mayne, Herzog de Meuron, etc. - Logical and understandable. Ultimately, however, it became so high and unusable that the architects and engineers turned away from their own work and were looking for new content comprehensible and understandable concepts. And so arises (even without financial crisis) from the same office (SOM), Burj Dubai, the 880 m high, who knows who built and designed, a 300 m high Pearl Tower in China. Zero-energy totally self-sufficient, 300 m high because it is actually the end of a reasonable height for a tall building.

eduardo souto de moura pritzker price 2011 “mein herz ist rein ich baue klein” The coming times, which will be characterized by sustainability, will be due to a new aesthetic in architecture. We can not yet say exactly where it comes out, but the Pritzker prize winner Peter Zumthor of this year 2009 gives a glimpse. Zumthor has nothing big or crooked, or high built tatitata no, nothing like that on the contrary, he wants to be close to the context and history. He never is afraid to ask what it will be once in a time. “……does a pice of architecture only tell visionable and cosmopolitan without depending to the vibrations of the site, I miss the sensitive anchoring of the building to his site, das specific weight of the lokal. “ Peter Zumthor

Simple shapes, local materials, no to the wrong standards-reliance, development project in the context of the policy taking account of the place and the task of modesty and much more, all these things are on the architecture of the next few years and the forms. The signs of time are always visible and distinctive. The now dominated by the sustainability coming time will receive your visibility and presence in that they do not notice but would more likely be found. How does this deal with our cities our environments? +

masdar city planned by norman foster In recent years, new visions emerged in the Arab Region. The post-crisis period is also characterized by Sustainibility here. But rather as an effective global marketing strategies, along with a new positioning. Abu Dhabi Emirate in the show's visions always been conservative and thoughtful with Masdar City was designed and implemented a unique project. Was given a mandate of such a task is not surprising, Sir Norman Foster. And again the VAE stand for fast and intense development, sustainibility as unique selling point for a new generation of buildings. May be not driven from the heart more than by money, masdar city is a example for a sustainable development of a hole region. Looking at masdars piktogramm you`ll find all themes concerning the komplex hang together and structres.

Masdar City in a sustainable city type for the region of the UAE has been planned and implemented.( of course masdar in particulary only works in a dry and hot sunny region) The project is considered on the basis of its political structure as relatively simple as a common parent will not otherwise take into account in urban development forces need. With regard to existing cities (space planning) is immediately clear what a complex task, a development of our space in the sense of a sustainable strategy is. particularly because more than half the world’s population now lives in cities, a percentage that is expected to rise to 70% by 2030, and because cities today are responsible for over 70% of global CO2 emissions. But, only if sustainability is economically feasible will enough communities be able to implement the technologies and systems, and do so on a big enough scale to achieve meaningful progress in this realm. That’s why Masdar City is not only committed to building one of the most sustainable cities in the world, and one that is an attractive place to live, but also to achieving this in a commercially viable manner.

already developed region close to innsbrcks center This excisting frontier workers, such as energy supply, waste management and water / sanitation are to name a few. A sustainable development of our rooms begins always in the consideration of regional strategies and is thus automatically political. The tension between individual construction projects, often privately organized and a higher political strategy, a strategy that is only the function: 1st Interests pursued, that of the individual and the whole 2nd The political meaning is consciously oriented rational 3rd Parent must be imagined and 4th Parent can act and must 5th Impartially and is still involved in the legislative branch. 6th Is mature, responsible and morally (in the sense of a tendency to over-draw their own competence) Ergo, the planners as a partner in the complex process of development while cultural change with a new identity and authenticity to be equipped.
