    Physio-therapist is appointed on share basis

    The physio-therapist is not taken on hospital role buttaken on share basis and fees are shared on basis ofsittings done for patients between him and hospital.

    It is not full time job but they are called on need basisand fees are shared on hour basis on actual collectionfrom patients.

    Currently there are two physio-therapist selected byhospital and are called whenever required after fixingup appointments.

    Limitations and comparative

    analysis

    After enquiring with them why they are not appointed onrole i.e. salary basis instead of share of fees basis, they toldthey will not able to justify the salary suiting to their

    experience and requirements.

    The numbers of patients are not huge so that we can keepthem occupied and taking them on role is not affordable tohospital.

    Therefore it is practical and affordable to call them on needand share basis suitable to both.
