The 4th Siriroj Mini Marathon: Run for Health, Run for Charity is a health promoting activity organized by Siriroj Hospital (Phuket International Hospital). The chosenroute is up to Rang Hill wherecompetitors can enjoy Phuket’sbeautiful morning view, then backdown passing Phuket Old Town. The marathon begins at Siriroj Hospital,then Mae Luan Road, the old town, Dibuk Road, Thalang Road, Krabi Road then back to the finish line at Siriroj Hospital.

Following the successful Supersports 10 Miles InternationalRun Phuket last year, Thanyapura Phuket will again be the venue for the 2nd Supersports 10 Miles International Run 2015 Phuket. Thousands of runners will gather together on March 13th, 2015 to run along the lush green sceneries on the tropical island of Phuket. The Supersports10 Miles International Run Phuket 2015 Presented by Thanyapura is to be raced over four distances, from the signature 10-mile (16km) event, to 5 miles (8km), 2 miles (3.2km) and 500 meters for children aged 4-12 years. Laguna Golf continues to grow the game of golf with their latest organized Junior Golf Tournament. The 2nd annual Laguna Phuket Junior Golf Tournament – partnered with British International School Phuket, will be a thrilling 36 hole event played over 2 days (26th – 27th March 2016). The 22nd annual Phuket Bike Week features yet another turnout of big bike enthusiasts and others participating in one of the most popular bike shows in the region. The 12th Mai Khao Turtle Fun Run & Mini Marathon 2016

Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket Raceweek is the openingevent of the 2015/16 AsianYachting Grand Prix. Now in its 13th year, Phuket Raceweek consists of four days of world-class racing in July off Phuket’s southeast coast and four nights of beachside parties.Organized by Media Business Services, Phuket Raceweek is run over six or seven classes including Racing, Multihull, Cruising and Bareboat Charter and has gained a reputation for its competitive racing for the serious boat crews and moderate courses around several islands for the less experienced racers.

The 2nd Accor “Heartbreak” Hill Mini-Marathon 2016will be held as part of Accor Hotel’s CSR commitment in Southern Thailand in September’ 2016. Naithon-Saku Hill will test runners at the start and toward the end of the race and the elevation is different for each climb. We want people to test themselves against the hill, you will either climb it or it will beat you and break your heart. To help encourage the runners we will have entertainment on the hill along with a cheer squad thanks to the school children, who this charity will support. There is no other mini marathon we are aware of on the island that has this type of difficulty. All of this will take place in the natural scenery around Naithon beach and Saku area where we hope to rename the hill “heartbreak hill” after the event as a reminder to those people training for our future mini marathon. Highlight : DJ, Pom Pom Cheerleader and entertainments.

Southeast Asia’s premier multi-sport event, the Laguna Phuket Triathlon 2016will take place on Sunday, 27 November. This internationally renowned event is known as the “Race of Legends” and has completely sold out in the last seven years. Now in its 23th year, the event promises to be bigger and better than ever with an expected field of over 1,000 athletes taking part in the triathlon, which comprises a grueling 1.8k swim, 55k cycle and 12k run.

The night run takes participants through the enchanting old city which has been the symbol of Phuket for a long time. Almost anyone can join in the race as there are four types to choose from: the Mini Run at 3.7km, Fun Run at 5.6km, Run Plus at 8.5 km and Mini Marathon at 11.4 km.

The inaugural Phuket Cycling Race is an exciting,competitive race that will see riders’ bike two distances on Phuket. Thanyapura’s cycling race will be open to all – VIP’s and of all age groups. There will be two distances for cyclists to participate in. The 40km race is a fun challenge for families, while the 90km distance will really test your endurance.

30th The Phuket King’s Cup Regatta is Asia’s biggest and most popular regatta. More than a regatta, the week long event consists of great parties, great sailing and lotsof fun. Inaugurated in 1987 to celebratethe 88th birthday of His Majesty the King of Thailand, the event has been held every year since during the first week of December.

With the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, the Regatta is organised by the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta Organising Committee under the auspices of the Royal Varuna Yacht Club, in conjunction with the Yacht Racing Association of Thailand, the Royal Thai Navy and the Province of Phuket.

The Phuket King’s Cup is the jewel in the crown of the Asian Yachting Circuit, a circuit of the leading regattas in Asia including the Raja Muda International Regatta, the Singapore Straits Regatta and the China Sea Race.

King of the Mountain run Join our unique, fun, endurance trail run! Three distances 4km, 8km and 15km for trail run lovers! The inaugural Thanyapura King of the Mountain trail run saw avid runners, adventure seekers and fitness fanatics race up and down one of Phuket’s picturesque mountains. Thrill seeking runners had to run across streams and climb over trees to get to the top of the hill and when they reached the top they had to come back down again right to the start, where they were met by excited crowds.
