Register for the class with the Providence facility you will be attending by sending this completed registration to the address listed. An additional cost of $95 is payable to UAA for Professional Development Credit.

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE): In order to obtain contact hour credit for this activity you must sign the roster each day you attend stay until the end of the presentation, and complete the assessment of learning and the course evaluation form at the end of each day of training. Saturday, April 16th: Lecture 8:00am – 4:30pm

Morning Session: Concussions and head injuries in sport, cervical and thoracic spine injuries.

(Lunch will be provided)

Afternoon Session: Orthopedic concerns and injuries with hockey, injuries in the adolescent athlete related to the hip, knee, and shoulder, discussion of conservative vs. surgical decisions for common sports injuries. Sunday, April 17th: Lecture 8am- 2:30pm (Continental Breakfast)

Morning Session: Efficacy of stretching for performance, cross sectional review of ACL jump programs, Performance anxiety in sports, vitamin “D” and performance, hydration, sport and energy drinks. (Light snacks provided)

Afternoon Session: Taping session on ankle and wrist. Open Panel Review.
