Networking (Mrs. Ruth Varnado) How to modify the system to efficiently and effectively administer services and bring about a change.
GOAL Develop a holistic approach to addressing neighborhood problems.
Lincoln Park Community Center, Inc (LPCC) Prisoner Reintegration Program has been in existence since 1992. The program is designed as a vehicle to provide technical assistance and programmatic supportive service to minorities and other incarcerated and released inmates to readjust to the responsibilities and requirements of living in the Milwaukee Community and beyond.
