How It Works Stage 1: Participate group tour to destination for photo

session. Friends and family are welcome to join (more details)

Submitted photo has to be photographed during this trip in Grand Canyon West (GCW).

Topics are open – Scenery, sunrise, sunset, human, bird, insects, plants, etc.

Stage 2: Participants/Candidates upload photo for contest on “Photography Lovers of Los Angeles” on FaceBook within 1 week after the tour. (more details)

Stage 3: The 7 highest voted winners receive prizes (more details)

3 top prizes – 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Prize and 4 Consolation Prizes.


Stage 1 Destination

3 Days 2 Nights Grand Canyon West (GCW) Anything you can photograph Confirm one or more of the following (Depart on

Thursday and Friday in August) 8/20 to 8/22, 8/27 to 8/29

Depart on Thursday and back on Saturday

8/21 to 8/23, 8/28 to 8/30 Depart on Friday and back on Sunday

Each bus/date needs to have min 20 and max. 55 participants/passengers.

We will join or CANCELL tours/buses if each bus has less than 20 passengers, or not enough room.


Stage 1 Price $349 per person, include

Land transport between LA & GCW 2 nights hotel (twin share) Day 1 & Day 2

Hualapai Ranch Grand Canyon West. Max capacity 25 rooms or 50 persons.

Breakfast on Day 2 and Day 3 Lunch on Day 2 Dinner on Day 1 and Day 2 GCW Admission Land transport with tour guide


Stage 1 Itinerary

3 pick up / drop off points in Southern California Travel by bus (max. 55 per bus) 3 days 2 nights

Day 1: From LA to destination (7 hours) * Day 2: Photo session in GCW (by GCW’s shuttle)* Day 3: Depart from destination back to LA

Note: * If you don’t want to take GCW’s shuttle to go point to point to take your photograph, you can participate TravelNetCity’s standard tour such as Wagon Riding, Cowboy’s Games, Stunt Show, Camp Fire Party, Visit Eagle Point, Indian Culture Show, Skywalk^, Colorado River Boat Ride^, Horse Riding^, and etc. (^ = addition fees applied)


Stage 2 Photo Submission

$5 per photo submission* (Paypal), max 5 photo per candidate Submission deadline: September 6, 2009. Use these money to buy prizes (in case no other sponsorship)

Invite FB’s fans/friends and others to vote. Deadline of voting will be on September 30, 2009 One Facebook friend has 1 vote.

Participated passenger is not necessary to submit photo for contest.
