My Photobook

This photobook contains many photos I’ve taken in the past few months. Many of them are the best photos I’ve ever taken. I’ve learned so much about my camera settings as well as what makes a great photo. Composition and lighting are key things I learned to pay attention to. I hope you enjoy these photos I’ve taken becuase I enjoyed taking them.

Bannack, MTShooting at this ghost town in Montana was the first time I really felt confident in Manual Mode on my camera. I’m grateful that I live so close to some really unique places. It gives me many opportunities to practice and perfect my photography skills. Bannack is a special place.

The buildings at Bannack were very old and really beautiful.The textures of the walls are so interesting. My photo theme was walls and I was able to find many beautiful ones. I love how the models looked against these textures.

Portraits

The best thing about portrait photography is the ability to capture people’s personalities in a photo. Whether they are fun, crazy, pensive, creative or shy, portraits can capture these attributes. This has been one of my favorite aspects of photography so far. This form of photography is very popular, which makes it important to be creative while practicing it. My favortie way to do this is to take pictures of them being themselves and having fun.

Macro

Another thing I love about photography is the ability to represent details in whatever way we want. Macro photography is special because the details become the subject. Often, details are the most beautiful part.

Landscape Perspective

Landscape perspective photos were fun to take because I got to think of unique ways to present nature. I’m happy with how they turned out because they capture the vibes of Fall super well. These were taken at Nature

Park in Rexburg, Idaho.

This photobook shows a lot of the progression I’ve made over the past few months. I’m grateful to have learned so about photography in a short amount of time. I’m excited to be able to use my skills to capture all of the adventures I’ll have in my life.
