The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore with its rolling landscape, historic sites and wild inhabitants provides the perfect backdrop for your engagement photos. Our Engagement Photo Package includes two hours with an escorted golf cart tour to various behind-the-scenes places with your photographer and a session with the Animal Ambassador of your choice. AVAILABILITY This package must be reserved to take place during daylight hours. The zoo is open 10am to 4 pm daily. LOCATIONS • Celebrated, bronze lions at the Main Gate • Various scenic backdrops within Old Main Valley including Victorian, wrought iron cages and textured, stone walls • 200 year old Champion, Osage Orange Tree • New Flamingo and Penguin Coast Exhibits • Zoo Carousel ENGAGEMENT PHOTO PACKAGE $850 2 hours and 1 Animal Ambassador* $250 Refundable Security Deposit required upon booking *Additional hours, animals and a photographer can be arranged with an extra fee. ANIMAL AMBASSADOR Upon ending your photo tour of Zoo grounds you will have thirty minutes for a photo shoot with an Animal Ambassador of your choosing at our historic mansion house (circa 1801). The Zoo has 20 different animals in our Animal Ambassador program including African Penguins, various other birds, reptiles, and small mammals. The package includes one Animal Ambassador. An additional Animal Ambassadors and additional time may be added; the price starts at $200 for an additional Animal Ambassador and $300 per additional hour. Availability: Weather and time of day conditional. Can only be reserved a maximum of two months ahead of requested date.
