Description of the building support :

Location : Rural town Teillay (35)

A prefabricated cloakroom

Summary description : Insulating prefabricated building on the outside with natural

insulating materials : cellulose wadding and wood fibrer and cork witchert.

General condition : very few insulation for the existing building / 2 bungalows (3m*6m)

connected by a common room built in timber frame and filled with hemp blocks 15 cm.

Tasks :

- Assembly of the timber frame :

o Horizontal assembly of a bottom plate

o Measurement and assembly the timber rafters on platform

o Assembly and formwork the OSB

- Insulation work with two methods :

o Fill the wood fibre (depth 160mm) then lay the roofing membrane

o Blow cellulose wadding insulation in (50 kg/m3)

- Lay the battens to garantee air gap

- Lay the cladding horizontally
