MARIJUANA USAGE AT THE UTECH ACTIVITY CENTER

Introduction This is a photo essay that is geared towards

highlighting the prominence of marijuana usage at the UTech Activity Center. Even though there is a no smoking rule on campus, students still fail to desist from smoking. This photo essay also takes a look at the whole process of making a joint from start to finish and some health risk that are associated with smoking marijuana.
