Manager’s NotesAt The Hop…
I would like to take this opportunity to express our
appreciation to the Roadrunners for their tireless work in
organizing the variety of events held here at Rincon Country
MHP for the residents' enjoyment. Regarding one such event,
Lynn and I had the pleasure of attending the Jukebox
Weekend “Sock Hop” on Saturday, June 14th, and we both
had a terrific evening! The event was well-attended and
everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time, especially
with being able to choose their favorite songs from the
jukebox. Speaking of the jukebox, it was enjoyed so much that
we are going to have it permanently here for other park
events. Back to the Hop, I was especially impressed with the
talented dancers that we have living here at Rincon Country.
The evening was a great success! Then on Sunday, June 15th,
there was the ice cream social which Kelly and I were able to
attend. We enjoyed visiting with everyone and of course
enjoyed the ice cream. Thank you, Roadrunners!
Working Six to Two or Seven to Three…
I am sure all of you sincerely appreciate the efforts expended
towards the upkeep and maintenance of the common areas,
including all of the amenities, of our lovely park. I know that
most of the residents are most likely familiar with the Rincon
Country maintenance staff but for those that are new to the
park, I would like to re-introduce the hard working
maintenance staff (who are also your fellow residents).
Mark Lobrillo, the maintenance supervisor, has
approximately 20 years' experience in both the construction
and maintenance fields. Mark oversees the day-to-day
upkeep and maintenance of the park. Mark has been with
Rincon Country since October 2013. Thank you, Mark, your
diligence is appreciated!
David St. John, maintenance. David also does the landscaping
around the park. David has been with Rincon Country since
July 2010. Thank you, David, for keeping the common areas
looking nice!
Anthony Lynch, maintenance. Anthony assists in the day-to-
day maintenance tasks. Anthony has been with Rincon
Country since December 2011. Thank you, Anthony, for your
hard work!
I would like to mention one very difficult aspect of the
maintenance staff's job which is garbage pickup. One way we
can show our appreciation is to be conscientious when setting
out our garbage at the curb. Please put all garbage into
garbage bags and securely tie before placing it into the
garbage can. Additionally, please make sure the bags
weigh no more than 50 pounds as the maintenance staff has
to be able to hoist the bags over their heads into the
garbage truck. We appreciate your understanding and
cooperation!
In summary, we look forward to future events here at the
park and hope to see many of you there. Furthermore,
when you see the maintenance staff out in the park, be sure
to give them a smile and a wave. Remember, your Rincon
experience is what you make it!

What a wonderful time everyone had at the Roadrunner sponsored Ice Cream Social on Sunday June 15. With music from a real juke box , funds were raised for Fisher House and a little something for the Roadrunner's activities coffers. Banana split and sundae makings made the evening fun, calorie, and sugar filled and everyone had a great time.

Hello Neighbor: We would like to introduce you to 3411 Homeowners Association (HOA) and explain to you why we are here and what
we hope to accomplish for the Residents of RCMHP. As a resident here in our wonderful park, you have access to fun and events. 3411
HOA’s purpose is to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents. It is also the voice of our Residents. We communicate with

You are also encouraged to bring your questions or concerns to our meetings and we are happy to provide direction on how to handle

white box that is checked several times a week.
You are automatically a member of the Association when you live here. You have the right to vote on issues that are discussed. You have

and as a member of 3411 Homeowners Association we get to have a say in keeping our community safe and fun.

come. We need everyone who has a phone, either a
home phone or a cell phone, to register with
this system. Please follow the steps below
and register with this notification system
as soon as possible so that we can reach
everyone in case of an emergency. The
steps are simple:
From whichever phone you wish to

you on the phone to opt in.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this
matter! Have a great day!

YOUR BEST SHOT!
Now that Rincon Views cover is printed in COLOR, we’d like to feature a resident photograph each month. Please submit your BEST SHOT, showcasing something of beauty or interest from within our Rincon Country community. Full size digital photos only, please. Submit your image to Bonnie Gonzales: [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name so we can credit your masterpiece.
Hi Guys,
Last month (May) I was too busy with the Salute to
Our Veterans to get a message in the View.
I hope our Vets were honored with the week-long
events. It was my honor to present it. I will never be in
a position to take for granted the freedoms they have
blessed us with by their services. Thank you again for
your commitment and dedication to our country.
In that same spirit of gratitude we are continuing our
support for Fisher House. We have raised $750.00 so
far and hope to reach $1000.00 by summer’s end.
Thanks for your support. The donation bowl will be
set out at all our functions. Or you could drop a check
off at the office in the Road Runners basket. Thanks
again for all you have done.
The 4th of July is coming up and we have a nice day
planned for you. Starting at noon the Greg Spivey
Band will start playing, followed by BBQ LUNCH
from 1pm to 2pm. Come with your family and enjoy the
festivities, come and go as you like, the band will play
until 4. It is all FREE, thanks to the park. Please sign up
at the office so we have enough food.
You know this place we call Rincon Country MHP is like
living in a resort. Where else could you go down the
street to a pool, spa, billiards, weight room, party hall
and so forth? Why would you want to live anywhere
else? I mean, you just go around our neighborhood and,
people wave. Most folks here are friendly. Ya gotta love
it. I would NOT like to see that end.
One of the reasons I try so hard to get more people out to
things. It's a lot easier to be friendly to people you know.
It has been nice talking to you. Drop me a note some
time at the office.
