Before you begin your cut, divide the hair from temples arching back towards the nape.

Begin by carving into the hair with the CHI Razor from the temple region following a traveling design line.

Use your texture shears for additional blending effect.

Working on the other side, we elevate the section and cut from the underneath working our way up.

Next, comb the top of the hair towards the fringe to frame the face. Cut at a diagonal from short to long.

At the fringe, we free hand cut the hair with the razor from short to long with the slide cut technique.

Use your razor throughout the hair to shave off extra weight in the cut.

We take diagonal partings and Channel Cut into them.

To finish, the last top section is elevated at 90° and it is layered by Peeling into it with the razor.
