On June 13, CHCF held the Culminating Event for its Opening Doors to the Future Internship Program. NBC 4 New York and Telemundo NY hosted the event at NBC Universal to celebrate the achievements of the young men and women who participated in internships at Alliance Building Services, CHCF, Continuum Health Services, Innovation Computer Consulting, and United Way. The students learned valuable workplace experience, gained professional skills, and took advantage of networking opportunities, while contributing excellent work to the organizations and companies they interned with.TRANSCRIPT

NBC 4 New York and Telemundo NY hosted the event at NBC Universal to celebrate the achievements of the young men and women who participated in internships at Alliance Building Services, CHCF, Continuum Health Services, Innovation Computer Consulting, and United Way. The students learned valuable workplace experience, gained professional skills, and took advantage of networking opportunities, while contributing to the organizations and companies with which they interned.
The graduates were Lemuel Benítez, Thairon Carrión, Yasinia Cruz, Jelitza Delgado, Alam González, Robert Jiménez, Jamil Mercer, Jessica Reynoso, Joseph Rosa, Timothy Smith, and Jennifer Zacatelco. In addition to this year’s graduates, we would like to recognize Ronald Lindsey, the Intern Supervisor at Alliance Building Services and a former CHCF program participant. We are enormously proud of our graduates and look forward to their future accomplishments.
