If your current PhoneTree software is Versions 6.12 or older there is a process to follow:

Instructions for uninstalling your current PhoneTree software and installing the new Voicewave software.

1. Uninstall your current PhoneTree software

2. Rename the PhoneTreeMVPu program folder by adding “original” to the end

3. Move over data files from the “original” folder to the current installed folder**

1. Go to your Windows Control Panel and uninstall the PhoneTree program

2. Rename the PhoneTreeMVPu program folder by adding “original” to the end

3. Run the update from the CD

4. From the copy you made in step 2 open the folder and copy the following folders to your new installation folder:

5. From the same location copy the following files if they exist to your new installation folders:

a. CustomImport

b. LOGS

a. ckMailer.cfg

b. ckMailer.exe

6. From the User/MVP1 folder please copy the following folders to your new installation folders:

a. All numbered folders

b. Voice

a. DialDir.bin

b. DialDir.cfg

c. MVP1.mdb

8. From the User/MVP1/Desktop folder please copy the following folders to your new installation folders:

**These folders already exist, so overwrite them whenever prompted

6.13 versions and later may want to make a backup of the current PhoneTreeMVPu folder. Run the install disc for the latest update.
