1905- The Phoenix Mills Ltd. began operations as a textile
manufacturing company.
1959- It was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
1987- It entered into the growing real estate market .
1998- It joined hands with Galaxy Entertainment.
2001- Introduced India 's first Hyper market concept ‘Big Bazaar' at
High Street Phoenix.
2003- Pantaloons and Lifestyle were operational.
2006- It announced its new project at High Street Phoenix.
2011- It launched Phoenix Market Cities.
