Philippines: Typhoon Haima (Lawin) CoP Community Engagement minimum preparedness and response actions
The Community of Practice (CoP) on Community Engagement comprises of 47 organizations coming from UN agencies, International Non-Government Organizations (INGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Faith-Based Groups (FBGs), Media Development and Humanitarian Agencies (MDHA), Telecommunications Companies, Private Sector and the Philippine Government through Philippine Information Agency (PIA).

Provided regular weather updates and early warning advisories with key messages coming from the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) that were shared to the CoP on CE members, local government units, humanitarian agencies and the affected communities.
