Some basic facts about the 47” & 52” display supply•This display supply is intended for 47” and 52” LCD sets. It works together with a platform supply to fulfill the total supply requirement of the TV set.
•The supply is designed and manufactured by the external company Sanken (Japan). Philips buys the supply on it’s own responsibility and mounts the supply into the set on the incasing belt.
•There are 2 versions of this supply, one generates 295Vdc for the scanning backlight displays (HCFL), type number: 3H180WI. A second version supplies 24Vdc for all other displays (CCFL), type number: 3H199WI.
•This supply can be used with both the jaguar platform and with the new TV520 platform.
•On the supply panel the LCD inverter control signals ON/OFF and PWM control are fed through from the small signal panel.
• This supply has a global mains voltage range, from 90Vrms to 276Vrms.

Display Supply
What does the Sanken 47” & 52” display supply need to start up?
•A mains voltage between 90Vrms and 276Vrms on connector 1308
•The 5V2 dc voltage on connector 1P10.9 or 1P11.7
•The standby signal line on connector 1P10.7 or 1P11.6 needs to be low, meaning <0.8V
What does the Sanken supply deliver when started up?
•On connector 1P02 the filtered mains voltage (primary side!)
•On connector 1P22 a 395Vdc voltage (primary side!)
•On connectors 1P05 and 1P06 295Vdc in case of a scanning backlight display.
•Alternatively on connectors 1319/1316 24V dc in case of other displays.
•On connectors 1M09, 1M12 and 1P15 a 12Vdc voltage.
•On connector 1P10.2 and 1P11.2 the Power_good signal becomes high when all output voltages are present.
