new Desktop. Each Desktop types and components have been carefully selected to maximize

reliability as well as the performance to price ratio. Desktops are fully customizable for each ofthe individual customer’s needs and these desktops serve as an excellent templates.

General Use PC

This desktop pc is perfect for people who needs a basic computer who wants to browse the internet, watch

videos and movies, and work on Microsoft Office documents.

Office PC

Office-use Desktops are designed with the emphasis on the CPU to allow for multitasking Microsoft office

documents and using the Web. The cases are all chosen to be as small and minimalistic as possible with no

flashy lights and distractions for the Office environment.

Gaming PC

A Gaming PC is designed to be Graphic Card heavy in order to max out your performance during Gaming

sessions. This is not for the casual user but for someone who loves playing PC games and want to squeeze

all the performance that they can.

Gaming Workstation PC

Gaming Workstation Desktops are meant for people who want no compromises. It is perfect for people who

wants to play games and stream while they are doing it. It is also perfect for video rendering and video

editing on the professional level. Workstation desktops uses the new AMD Ryzen CPU lineup for efficient

multitasking with more RAM than the typical Gaming Desktop.




How it works

1. Select your build

Select your preferred Tier build in the following pages. Each Tier is comprised of balanced systems at different price points. Further customizations are possible to the Customer

Request.

2. Select your case

Once you have selected your preferred build, you can choose your case. The case is one of the only components that the customer can choose to show off their stylistic preferences.

You can choose any case in the Budget/Gaming Mid-Tower Cases depending on what the desktop build comes with by default.

3. Select accessories/upgrades if required

Once you have your build and case selected, you can decide to purchase accessories, upgrades, or peripherals. All of the desktop builds do not have WIFI and all of the desktops

(excluding the office desktops) do not have an Optical Drive (DVD/CD) by default. Please request them to be added if needed. Monitors, keyboards, and mouse’s are also separate

purchases.

4. Choose payment option and shipping/delivery method

Most Customers prefer to conduct the payment via a Korean Bank Transfer as it is easy and immediate. Customers can also pay in cash in person, pay by Credit Card, or even

PayPal. Please keep in mind that paying by Credit Card or Paypal has additional fees. If the payment is processed by noon of a given business day (weekday), the desktop will

typically be built by the evening of the same business day. Once the Desktop is ready, customers can pick it up in person, ask to have it shipped, or sent by Quick Service Courier

(only for Seoul and Greater Seoul Residents). Shipping is free for all computer purchases, typically takes one business day, and fully insured.




All Desktops will have the following software included by default unless requested:* Genuine English Windows 10 Pro (Other Languages are available upon request)

* Genuine Microsoft Office 2016

* Antivirus software (AVAST)

* VLC Player, 7zip, Google Chrome

* All necessary drivers and utilities

Warranty Policy

All of the Desktops featured in this document use brand new components unless otherwise requested. All New Desktops includes a 1 Year Parts and Labor

Warranty. Additionally, all of the individual components will carry their own manufacturer’s warranty which typically varies from 2-5 years depending on the

component and the brand.

The Parts and Labor warranty covers the following, but not limited to:

- Components that fail with no fault of the user

- Damages incurred from shipping

- Glitches in windows due to a corrupted windows installation and/or drivers

The Parts and Labor Warranty Policy does not cover:

- Hardware Failure due to improper overclocking

- Any user-inflicted damage (ex. Liquid damage, physical trauma, Bug Infestation, etc)

- return shipping costs for warranty coverage.

In the event that repairs are needed but are not covered under the 1 year warranty policy or after the 1 year period,

Phil’s Computer Repository will attempt to conduct repairs but will charge rates as any regular customer who requests computer repair services.

Q. What is your preferred Brand for various Components.

A. With the philosophy of maximizing reliability, Reputable International brands are used for every component.

For components that aren’t specifically labelled, here are the preferred brands:

SSD: Western Digital Blue, Micron Crucial, Samsung

Graphics Card: Gigabyte, MSI, Asus, Zotac, Galax

Q. How are the prices for each build calculated?

A. The formula used to calculate the price of each build is as follows:

Total Retail cost of the Components (Danawa Virtual Estimate Prices) + 100-150,000 KRW

The 100-150,000 KRW charge covers the Professional Physical installation, Software installation, and the 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty Policy.

Q. Are the software that is included with each build Genuine?

A. All of the software including Windows are Genuine.

Q. (For American Customers) I have noticed that prices of several components in Korea are more expensive than what I can get from home.

Do you have any advice for those who are thinking about buying their computer from overseas?

A. For brand name Consumer Electronics including Desktop Computer Components, the USA has the cheapest market in the world. However,

any potential customer should also calculate additional shipping and customs fees when importing electronics from overseas.

You should also keep in mind that if any of those items require warranty support, they would have to ship it back to the USA to the respective service centers

and potentially wait weeks or months to get a replacement.

On the other hand, the turnaround time for any components needing warranty support in Korea is typically the same day or several days.
