12 REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTIES

Notwithstanding anything in the above document, the Vice-Chancellor may

take such measures as may be necessary in respect of candidates registered

with the University.

The University reserves the right to change the rules from time to time and

only the latest rules will be applicable to all the candidates irrespective of the
