We are looking to appoint a Phase Leader with responsibility for lower KS2 or KS1 and a coresubject. This post offers a genuine opportunity to lead and contribute to the development of our growing school. It will require you to work in partnership with the Senior Team, taking Discovery tothe next level and raising standards in teaching & learning.

We are looking for people who:

• Are great teachers with very high expectations of what can be achieved and a proven track record in raising pupil attainment.

• Understand how children learn best and never give up on them.• Understand what high standards look like and how to attain them• Are positive role models with a ‘can do’ attitude and are able to inspire, motivate coach and

mentor others with demonstrable impact.• Are flexible with a good sense of humour and an understanding of the ‘bigger picture’.• Are innovators who can take risks to make a project their own• Have a vision for what outstanding learning & teaching should look like
