  • Accommodation

  • Accommodation

    ■ Children will be in cabins of 4 or some of 7/8, with the cabins being single gender.

    ■ Children will have the opportunity to pick 3 preferences of someone they want

to share a cabin with, we will then do our best to make sure they are with at least

    1 of their choices.

    ■ The cabins are all together in the same area, with the adults cabins along side the

    children’s cabins.

    ■ Please talk to your child about their choices as we would like them to think

    carefully about these.

  • Meal times

  • Meal times Children get 3 meals a day, all of which are hot. They then are allowed as much fruit and salad as they want as well as drinks.

Dietary requirements are required beforehand-please let class teachers know, in writing, if there are any specific requirements or allergies.

  • Activities

  • Activities include:

  • Order of the days – (timetable)

  • A letter will be handed out soon with the finalised list of what to bring.

    ■ Children will not be allowed to bring electronic devices, (they won’t have time to use them anyway!)

    ■ They will need to bring a sleeping bag and a pillow, as no bedding will be provided.

    ■ Enough clothes for 3/4 days.

    ■ They need to bring trousers and at least 1 long sleeved t-shirt.

    ■ They will need to bring a change of clothes for ‘wet activities’ or in case we have rain.

    ■ Change of shoes might be a good idea.

    ■ ONLY £5.00 for the shop (in a named bag or purse).

  • MedicationAny medication that children need must be given to Mrs. Drost (qualified first aider) on the day of travel to PGL.

Any medication that children take throughout the day will be logged and always administered whilst another adult is present.

If there are any children that take regular medication, please let us know as soon as possible. You will be required to fill in one medical form per medicine with clear instructions on the administration of that medicine

Children with inhalers will be reminded to have them on them at all times.

  • If you want to contact us while at PGL. ■ We will have the school’s mobile phone so you are able to contact us at any

    point.

    ■ We will upload photos throughout our trip.

    ■ In case of emergency, you can always contact PGL directly- information can be found on their website.

  • Any questions?
