SEAL MAX ECD/ECD PLUS

Petro Mart World Supply developed a new polymer free low invasion product ECD PLUS with

particle-surface lipophilic treatment, which can be used in both WBM and OBM.

ECD PLUS is prepared by PSD optimized organic material, special fiber, acid soluble material

and fatty acid derivative by such specific composite conditions as a kind of fine size sealagent.

The drilling fluids treated with ECD PLUS can

effectively prevent the fluids loss and formation damage

by solids/fluids contamination after the strong

non-invasion barrier formed around the near wellbore

formation.ECD PLUS also can be used for wellbore

stability improvement, seepage loss control as well as

pipe stuck prevention for different kinds of fluids systems.

The ECD (equivalent circulation density) can be approved

after the well bore strengthened by the ECD PLUS

optimized particles.
