I am been fortunate to have spent a life of Fun and adventure. Navigating to the farthest corners of the globe: Antarctica, Greenland, The Amazon and Congo rivers. Over Eighty countries.This desire to explore moulded and directed my career. Explorations to the higher latitudes hold a particular fascination. I am now taking my experience into the Private yachting world creating exciting Voyages and itineraries.

February 1992 - Dec 2008 Captain and Chief Mate with Greenpeace. Specialising in Antarctic and Arctic piloting. River navigation of the Congo and Amazon.
July 2007 – September 2007 Captain of RV Weatherbird 2 Setting up the operational infrastructure for RV Weatherbird 2 for Planktos Inc. Completion of refit, crew hiring, contracts and placement. Conformity to USCG Regulations.

April 2005 – Sept 2005 Tour Logistics / Ice piloting Logistics for 3 months expedition to Greenland Science Expedition in collaboration between Greenpeace international and NASA Foundations glacial scientific team.
