KATA PENGANTAR

Publikasi Pesisir Selatan Dalam Angka 2015 ini merupa-

kan lanjutan dari publikasi sejenis tahun sebelumnya. Publikasi

ini menyajikan berbagai macam data dari berbagai bidang

kegiatan yang dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai keadaan

geografi dan berbagai karakteristik sosial ekonomi penduduk

Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

Penyusunan publikasi ini dilakukan oleh Badan Pusat

Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Terwujudnya publikasi

ini juga tidak terlepas dari dukungan instansi/lembaga

pemerintah dan swasta yang berada di lingkungan Kabupaten

Pesisir Selatan.

Walaupun publikasi telah disiapkan sebaik mungkin,

disadari masih banyak kekurangan yang mungkin terjadi. Kare-

na itu, saran dan kritik berbagai pihak untuk perbaikan publikasi

PREFACE Publication Pesisir Selatan in Figures 2015 is a continua-

tion of the previous publication. The edition contains data on

various fields. I is intended to provide information on the geo-

grafhic condition and general social economic condition of pop-

ulation in Pesisir Selatan Regency.

This publication is prepared by BPS statistic of Pesisir

Selatan Regency. This publication could be finished with the

support of all of the government agencies as well as private in-

stitutions in Pesisir Selatan regency.

Although this publication has been prepared as best as

possible, it still contains some weaknesses. Suggestions and

criticisms for improving this publication are always welcome.

Last but not least, I hope this publication is able to fulfill the de-

mand of statistical data from the public institutions and private

sector as well as being useful for the readers.

1. Penduduk dan Ketenagakerjaan

a. Rata-rata pertumbuhan penduduk adalah angka yang menunjukkan tingkat pertambahan penduduk pertahun dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Angka ini dinyatakan se-bagai persentase kenaikan penduduk dari tahun dasar tertentu.

b. Rasio jenis kelamin (Sex Ratio) adalah perbandingan antara banyaknya penduduk laki-laki dengan banyaknya penduduk perempuan pada suatu daerah dan waktu tertentu. Biasanya dinyatakan dengan banyaknya penduduk laki-laki untuk 100 penduduk perempuan.

c. Tenaga Kerja (Man Power) adalah penduduk yang beru-mur 15 tahun ke atas yang dianggap dapat memproduksi barang dan jasa.

d. Angkatan Kerja (Labour Force) adalah bagian dari tena-ga kerja yang benar-benar bekerja atau berusaha untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan bekerja.

e. Definisi bekerja yang digunakan BPS selama ini adalah mereka yang sedang melakukan kegiatan dengan mak-sud memperoleh penghasilan. Batasan yang digunakan adalah paling sedikit bekerja selama satu jam berturut-turut selama seminggu yang lalu.

3. Pertanian

a. Data Luas panen tanaman pangan dicatat dari seluruh kecamatan setiap bulan oleh aparat Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan di Kecamatan. Pengecualian luas panen buah-buahan yang dilaporkan setiap triwulan.

b. Data luas panen produksi sayur yang dicatat adalah yang dipanen sekaligus.

c. Produksi perhektar Padi, Ubi Jalar, Kacang Tanah, Ka-cang Kedelai diperoleh melalui sampel ubinan mewakili 100 hektar luas panen.Petugas pelaksana adalah Mantri Statistik dan aparat Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan di Kecamatan.

d. Pelaksanaan ubinan disesuaikan dengan waktu panen.

e. Bentuk produksi Padi dan Palawija adalah:

1. Padi dalam bentuk gabah kering giling

2. Jagung dalam bnetuk pipilan kering

3. Ubi Kayu dan Ubi Jalar dalam keadaan basah

4. Kacang-kacangan dalam keadaan kacang kering

f. Perhitungan produksi Padi dan Palawija ini merupakan kerjasama antara Ditjen Tanaman Pangan Departemen Pertanian dan BPS sampai ke daerah, yang dilakukan melalui beberapa estimasi.

g. Data Statistik Kehutanan, peternakan, perikanan, dan perkebunanrakyat bersumber dari Dinas yang ber-sangkutan.

a. Metode Penghitungan Pendapatan Regional yang dipa-kai mengikuti buku petunjuk United Nations yang dis-esuaikan dengan kondisi Indonesia. Penghitungan Pen-dapatan Regional dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan Produksi, Pendapatan, dan Pengeluaran. Dalam penghi-tungan Pendapatan Regional Kab. Pesisir Selatan umumnya dipakai pendekatan dari sisi produksi, kecuali sector Pemerintahan (jasa-jasa) dipakai Pendekatan Pendapatan.

b. Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) secara seder-hana dapat diartikan sebagai keseluruhan nilai tambah bruto dari kegiatan perekonomian di suatu wilayah.

c. Produk Domestik Regional Neto (PDRN) adalah PDRB dikurangi penyusutan atas barang-barang modal tetap yang digunakan selama setahun.

d. Produk Domestik Regional Neto atas biaya factor yakni PDRB dikurangi pajak tak langsung neto, yang diasumsi-kan sama dengan Pendapatan Regional, karena penda-patan neto di luar wilayah belum mungkin dihitung ka-rena keterbatasan data.

e. Pendapatan Regional Perkapita adalah Produk Regional Neto atas dasar biaya factor produksi dibagi denga jumlah penduduk pertengahan tahun.

f. Penyajian Pendapatan Regional Bruto dibedakan atas dasar harga berlaku dan harga konstan 2000. Untuk penyajian atas dasar harga berlaku semua agregat pen-dapatan dinilai atas dasar harga berlaku pada tahun penghitungan. Untuk PDRB atas dasar harga konstan 2000, setiap barang dan jasa dinilai dengan harga tetap yang terjadi pada tahun dasar (2000).

g. Indeks perkembangan diperoleh dengan membagi nilai pada masing-masing tahun dengan nilai pada tahun da-sar. Indeks ini menunjukkan tingkat perkembangan agregat pendapatan dinilai atasa dasar harga tetap yang terjadi pada tahun dasar.

h. Indeks berantai diperoleh dengan membagi nilai pada masing-masing tahun dengan nilai pada tahun sebe-lumnya dikalikan 100. Indeks ini menunjukkan tingkat perubahan agregat pendapatan untuk masing-masing tahun dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya.
