Perspective View 03
– Two new street trees have been proposed to Cremorne Street.
– 3 horizontal bicycle rails providing a total of 6 available visitor bike space have been proposed on Cremorne Street.
– A hospitality tenancy occupies the front corner of the ground level, engaging with Cremorne Street and inviting visitors to occupy the pocket park.
– A freestanding fire hydrant and booster assembly is proposed at the ground level, eliminating the need for cupboards that would reduce visual permeability.
– A landscaped edge continues along the full extent of the northern boundary, offering a considered boundary condition to the adjoining properties and private external terraces for the ground floor offices.
– A dedicated main entry to the building is located on Cremorne Street between the car park entry and the pocket park.

Material Palette
The proposed material palette is deliberately restrained to create a legible architectural gesture of podium and upper form. The nominated materials have inherent qualities of durability and will age well over the life of the building in the Cremorne context.
