Persona #2 Ian is middle aged man with a family of three. He has owned a computer for five years now. It is his work computer so he was not able to browse the internet with it. He just purchased a laptop and would like to start browsing the web.

Jeremy is a senior citizen living in a retirement home. The home recently purchased a computer for the elderly to use. Jeremy has never used a computer before. He is 79 years and is not accustomed to using technology. He has never owned a cell phone and the most advanced piece of technology he has used is a car. He has no experience with computers at all.
