Social Care (Self-directed Support) Bill Local authorities must offer 4 options: 1. Direct Payment 2. Individual chooses
their support (sometimes known as an Individual Budget or Individual Service Fund)
3. Local authority chooses and arranges service
4. Mixture of the above.
How to make a bill in 7 ‘easy’ steps

2. Health and Sport Committee takes evidence
