KRISTIN CIPES, Fitness Center Supervisor
Education: ACSM accredited, A.A. Degree in Exercise Science and
Spanish, ACE Group Fitness, AFAA Group Fitness, Mad Dogg
Spinning, Zumba Basic 1, Zumba Toning, Les Mills Body Pump.
Kristin has been teaching fitness classes and personal training
since 2006. With her vast background in dance she is very
interested in the body and it’s movement. Kristin specializes in
correct form, flexibility, core strength, weight loss plus prenatal
and postnatal training for women. She also is a NPC Figure
Competitor. She loves time with family and picnics in the park.
SERGIO MENDOZA, Certified Personal Trainer
Education: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Eastfield College for
Criminal Justice. Sergio has been a professional personal trainer
since 2007. He specializes in sports performance and corrective
exercise training. He integrates postural and flexibility training
into all training regiments to achieve the ultimate goal of health
and well being. He is fluent is Spanish and enjoys outdoor
activities and martial arts.
ARIADNA LONG, Certified Personal Trainer
Education: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Lifestyle
& Weight Management Coach. Ariadna started as a trainer in
2010. She specializes in weight loss, sports conditioning,
women’s fitness and trail running. She is fluent in Spanish and
enjoys running, traveling and cooking.
KELLY TAYLOR, Certified Personal Trainer
Education: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, MA in Elementary
school teaching. Kelly has been a CPT since 2010. His training
specialties include endurance running, distance cycling, swimming,
weight training, weight loss, and Boot Camp. Kelly has a passion
for backpacking, hiking, playing music and traveling.
TAMMY MILLER, Certified Personal Trainer
Education: AFAA Certified Personal Trainer since 2011. The first
Biggest Loser Pro Certified in the country. Tammy brings a lot to
the YMCA. She’s been working in gyms for over 15 years and
recently made the switch to personal training. She has competed
in Bodybuilding. In her spare time she enjoys spending her
husband’s money and spending time with family.

OUR APPROACH No matter what your goals are, our trainers are dedicated to help you
reach them. We match you with a personal trainer based on your
preferences. The trainer will assess your fitness goals and will design a
personalized and easy to follow program for you.
All sessions are one hour long and may take place anywhere in our
facility. We train members in our fitness center, aquatics center, gym,
aerobics studio and mind-body room. Whatever your goals are, we have
the staff and equipment to get you there.

FITNESS ORIENTATION All members receive one complimentary fitness center orientation with a

etiquette. Bring questions to your appointment. Fitness orientations and
personal training sessions are offered to individuals at least 10 years of

WOMAN WITH WEIGHTS Included in your membership, Woman With Weights offers a fun
environment to lift weights, learn new exercises, and work out with other
woman just like you! No prior experience required. Come work out, ask
questions, get new ideas and build a stronger leaner you!
