    SessionsSessions time varies upon type of session. Please be ready to begin each session at your scheduledappointment time. 10 minutes of warm up and stretching is highly recommended before starting training.This is to maximize the training time that you will receive for the allotted time. First consultation session ispart of the Personal Training. Meeting locations vary depending on Personal Training and session plan.Please make sure you are properly checked into the gym.

    Program Descriptions

    Body Fat Burning / Weight Loss & Toning

    If burning body fat / weight loss and toning are your goals, trainers will design and managecardiovascular and resistance training geared toward increasing muscle mass and burn morecalories. Sometimes cardio training can be done within the session or simply recommendedfor training on your own.

    Athletic Endurance & ImprovementDesigned for generally athletically fit members already on a regular workout plan that they arecomfortable with. Work with a trainer to add creative exercises or regiments to give you the athletic

    edge and improvement.

    Strength Training

    This session is marked toward increasing your strength. IT is to help you improve your strengthstability to move toward your next level in training programs.

    Exercise Program Consultation & DesignSome members would like to consult with our Personal Trainers to develop an individualized workoutthat they can do on their own. Within 1 or 2 sessions, a Personal Trainer can develop a plan to meetyour fitness goals. Then it is up to you to follow the plan on your own. We recommend schedulingoccasional check-up sessions to mark your progress.

    Muscle MASS & BULK

    This training program is as it is written and read! To bulk up your mass! The trainer will develop aprogram to help you bulk up in your shirt size! Also will be your workout partner to help you on heavyweights.

    Flexibility TrainingThis training program is to help you get more flexible by training you on stretching and muscleflexions. It is tailored to match your progress and the trainer will support you on your program.Flexibility training improves your posture and helps to prevent low back pain. Stretching your

    hamstrings, quadriceps, hip flexors, and low back muscles regularly promotes relaxation in thetissues reducing the strain on your back.

    Circuit TrainingCircuit training works well for developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibilityand coordination. If you are going to spend time and energy getting your body into shape (either for

    sport related or self-esteem), this is the training that you will need to get the very best results for yourefforts.

    Balance TrainingPeople of all ages and abilities need to keep their balance system healthy. A person is never tooyoung or too old to benefit from this training. A healthy balance system helps you to look and feelgood. You can move freely and confidently, and will have more energy and strength from this training.Keeping your balance system healthy is especially important if you have problems due to illness,such as pain from joints, feeling weak consistently, or being dizzy all the time. Balance training canhelp you get back to normal, and overcome feelings of stiffness or unsteadiness.

    Cardio Training / Improvement

    This training program is to improve on your cardio. Trainer will design a special program to target

    your cardiovascular and also to help you on losing body fat. Targeting on cardio will overall enhanceyour strength and endurance.

    RehabilitationThis is for those who have just got out of sick bed from injuries whether they be broken bones tosurgery or simply being sick. The trainer will develop a training program to get your unused musclesback to normal condition or better and to get you back on regular training without getting hurt yourself.

    Functional Training

    Functional training is any type of exercise that has a direct relationship to the activities you perform inyour daily life. It has its origins in rehabilitation.If you want to look better, feel better and fight stress, do it in the right way!

    TaeBo Kickboxing TrainingThis training is one of the most intense training we can offer! This involves Cardio and muscle trainingwhich is the perfect for the busy current businessman.

    Power Lifting Training

    Using Free Weights to enhance your basic metabolism and your muscle flexibility. Referencing RM(Repetition Maximum) and PT Support to enhance your muscle mass and muscle strength.

    Therapy TrainingUsing objects like Tera Band, Towels, Pilates Ring, Air Lex, to enhance the immune cell in your bodyby rehabilitation. Helps overcome Insomnia, Depression, Stress Reliever, and building the importantmuscles in your body to correct your form for a better life and strengthen the immune system.

    X-CO Golf Pilates TrainingCorrecting the posture of your body to better play your golf! Using Pilates techniques to Core trainand shape your muscles. Gain strength, Flexibility, balance, and endurance at once by this technique!

    X-CO TrainingThis is an extreme core training technique by stretching to enhance strength. A dynamic and powerfulfitness training to help your Connective Tissues, enhance your Coordination, Joint Stability, AthleticSpeed, Flexibility, Muscle Power, Natural Healing, and Body Conditioning.

    Nutrition Consultation and Weight LossAnalyze nutritional information, and design programs to assist with meal planning to promote healthyweight loss. Program Design will include cardiovascular and resistance exercise to enhance fat loss.

    Athletic Endurance and Improvement 2Program Design for Running, for the new runner that wants to run a 5K or 10K, and also for the moreadvanced runner that wants to run a half or full marathon. The program design will also include

    Cancellation / Refund Policies

    24 hours cancellation notice is required. Should the client wish to reschedule an appointment, we will

    do our best to accommodate your request.

    1 cancellation is allowed per customer without charge. Any cancellations after that will result in a

    charge for the entire 1 hour session.

    If the request to cancel or reschedule an appointment is placed less than 24 hours prior to theappointment, regardless of gym hours, the client will be charged for the appointment.

    Sessions will be cancelled if you are 10 minutes late.

    All purchased sessions (Single, Group, Half) must be used by 100 days from the purchased date. If

    the purchased sessions are not used after the 100 th day, no refundwill be issued. Only sick relatedemergencies, natural disasters/ causes, or an agreement that had been made with the trainer willvoid this policy.

    Waiver, Release, and Assumption of RiskThis form is an important legal document. It explains the risks you are assuming bybeginning an exercise program. It is critical that you read and understand it completely.
