♥ I have one sister, Hannah, who is two-and-a-half years older than me, and one Shih-Tzu, Casey, who thinks he is human.

My Mom & Dad♥My mom’s name is Cindy. She was raised in Avon, South Dakota. She worked for the Press & Dakotan newspaper in Yankton as an editor until she had me and my sister. Now she works in the Resource Room at Beadle Elementary.

♥My dad’s name is Gary. He was raised in Alcester, South Dakota. He has worked in Yankton for Dakota Claims as an Insurance Adjuster for a long time. I have always been daddy’s little girl.

Hobbies & Interests♥ I love to be outside and being with friends! My

boyfriend, Jake, and I enjoy spending time at his family’s pit riding four-wheelers, shooting guns, and having fires. I even got deer tags for the first time this year!

♥ I have been employed at Hillcrest Golf & Country Club for over two years and I love it. We have a tight knit group of workers and each day brings a new gut-busting story.

High School♥I really enjoyed high school. I cheered for football, wrestling, and competition cheer. Cheer kept me very busy year round. I was also a part of the Pioneer Club which organizes homecoming events and participated in Adopt-a-Grandparent.

Trips!♥I have had the opportunity to be a part of two mission trips.

♥I visited Marvell, Arkansas in 2007 and Belize, Central America in 2009.

Professional Goals♥ My professional goal in life would be to become a

Special Education teacher in an elementary school.

♥ My mom works at Beadle Elementary in Yankton and she is such a big role model to me. She was and is always so concerned with my education. If it weren’t for her, I would not be where I am today.

10 Years from Now…♥Ten years from now, I will be 29 years old! I will be

graduated from College with my degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. I hope to be married and starting the family I have always dreamed of. Hopefully in ten years I will be working at a school I love in or around Yankton. I plan on pursuing my masters if it all works out!
