Project Leader

The project had a budget of approximately € 350 000. It was financed by the Operational Programme Administrative Capacity, cofinanced by the European Social Fund of the EU and included the following activities:

– Improvement of the EUnet information system for distribution of documents from the Secretariat of the Council of the EU in relation to the EU decision making process;

– Improvement of the coordination in the pre-litigation phase in the framework of the so-called infringement procedures. Establishment of new information system for the infringement procedures, conducting of training, publication of materials, etc.;

– Improvement of the conditions for limiting the infringement procedures through optimisation of the activities of the Bulgarian SOLVIT Center.
