University Contract Management

Working in partnership with our clients, our specific Education Account Management team carry out their roles competently to exceed our clients KPI’s which include:

• Response within 1 hour• Full visuals and quotation within 4 hours

• Delivery deadlines met and produced as per proof

• Quality products, ethically sourced and branded as per branding guidelines

• All elements of the contract are implemented and monitored to ensure compliance

We produce monthly reports to ensure the contract runs smoothly and to monitor cost savings and activity to make further recommendations.
