The permanent tsb Switching Index is a regular survey of the drivers and barriers motivating Irish consumers to switch supplier across a range of sectors, including mobile phones, electricity, car insurance, broadband and banking. The Switching Index will be updated quarterly as it explores key trends and shifts in Irish consumer behaviour relating to switching.
