OverviewThe aim of this course is to provide an understanding of performance measurement and management with the cutting-edge tool of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) using Performance Improvement Management (PIM) Software Ltd (PIM-DEA).The focus is on applications both in private and public sectors, providing delegates with tools enabling them to carry out analysis to both estimate and interpret the models.
