Introduction PerfectMind (or also often abbreviated as CWay for Champions Way the company) has been our school management software since day 1. With their new system we are able to allow students to see their accounts and also create a better service for our students instead of them only being able to check/purchase etc when we have a front desk worker there.
Logging In (While we’ve heard mixed reviews from different browsers – we’ve had success personally with both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. But, you probably do need the most updated versions of them!) Go to http://www.atafamilymartialarts.perfectmind.com . Should look like this: (although the homepage will of course change over time)

If you know your username and password (from the e-mail you were sent). Enter it now: You should now see the home page, but logged in (visible by the upper right hand corner which should have the students name).

Getting to the Doc Center 1) Log in first
2) Click on Doc Center in the upper section
The Doc Center will come up with the default “Members View”

Then select “Testing Papers” – or any other category that you want to look at.
Forgot your Password/Never got an E-Mail First- Add [email protected] to through your spam filter, as a contact, or as not junk e-mail. (For questions
contact who ever hosts your email account).
Then, go to www.atafamilymartialarts.perfectmind.com .

then enter the email address that you get announcements sent too – then click “Forgot Password”
Now check your email and look for an e-mail that has a temporary password. Then use that temporary password and
log in. It’ll ask you to create a new password – as this has your finance info that you use on your membership payments
