With a changing competitive landscape,
Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL)
engaged Pepper to develop a Strategic
Communications Campaign that would
allow it to maintain its dominant market
position and continue its bond with
Trinidadians & Tobagonians. We worked
closely with the TCL team to prepare a
Campaign around the insight that TCL
has built T&T, literally. The campaign
included Press, Radio, Online, Billboard
and Point of Sale materials. Thus far the
campaign is meeting client’s expectations
with regard to its sales and awareness
targets.

Our Goal:
To increase engagement and spread
awareness on Boomers Facebook Page.
What we did:
• Engaged customers by taking
pictures of them with their faces in
the Facebook Replica.

Facebook.

Our Goal:
To create excitement and awareness at
City Gate, POS for Grace Porridge
during the ‘blitz day.’
What we did:
Distributed samples both prepared and
packaged of Grace Porridge.

Approximately 5,000
samples were distributed
and media blitz was
successful.
Grace Frozen Entrees Launch
Our Goal:
• To create awareness of the new
Grace product – Frozen entrees
and to generate buzz based
on authentic Caribbean taste
and convenience.
• To strengthen relationships with
distributors.
• To leverage this event as a
sampling experience.
What we did:
Invite guests to an evening at
restaurant Veni Mange to sample
Grace Frozen Entrees.

The Results:
200 guests attended the event
including key media and trade
representatives. The launch
was published in our three
Trinidadian Newspapers and
the client met the launch
