PeopleSoft I-9• Captures data from the paper I-9 form

electronically• Aides in I-9 compliance initiatives

-Tracking-Lessens likelihood of data entry errors

• Aides in preparation for meeting E-Verify requirement

PeopleSoft I-9 Implementation•Replaced paper I-9 form for eMploy hires as of March 16th

- Regular staff hired through eMploy (attend NEO on Ann Arbor campus and at Health System)

- All new hires on Dearborn and Flint campuses•Paper I-9 form continues for non-eMploy hires on Ann

Arbor campus and at Health System - Form will continue to be completed in units- Then sent to HRRIS

PeopleSoft I-9 Implementation• For eMploy hires attending NEO

- New hire completes section #1 of I-9 as part of on-boarding process

- Section #2 of I-9 will be completed at NEO (will be done in - I-9 module not on paper form) - Requirement to provide documentation to establish

identity & work authorization is unchanged

•I-9’s completed through this process will be stored in PeopleSoft, Workforce Administration
