Applications on prescribed forms are invited from Medical Graduates for Admissions in the following Postgraduate Degree / Diploma programs for

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DEGREE / DIPLOMAS & MCPS COURSES:

1. MBBS from any of the recognized University as mentioned in schedule I & II of Pakistan Medical & Dental Council Act.

2. Valid Registration with PM&DC as Medical Practitioner.

3. One Year Resident House Job in PM&DC recognized institution.

4. Foreign Graduate will have to produce Equivalent Certificate of their Degree from PM&DC.

5. One candidate can not apply for more than one Degree or Diploma Course of two different disciplines at the same time.

6. One candidate can apply for both the Degree and Diploma Course in the same specialty.

7. A separate Application Form to be submitted for each course or training program

8. In-service Candidates will have to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Employer while applying for in Postgraduate Course however they can send / submit advance copy along with relevant Documents

GENERAL INFORMATION.

1. The Prospectus with application Form for all Courses can be obtained from Postgraduate Medical Centre, PUMHSW, Nawabshah(SBA) on payment of nonrefundable fee of PKR: 2500/= (Two Thousand & Five Hindered Only)

through Challan form to be paid in H.B.L PMC Branch Nawabshah and to be submitted at the Postgraduate Medical Center Nawabshah(SBA).

2. Application Form can also be downloaded from www.pumhs.edu.pk and to be submitted duly filled-in at Postgraduate Medical Center PUMHSW Nawabshah (SBA) along with required Documents and supported with Bank

Chalan / Pay order of Rs. 2500/= for Prospectus & Examination fees as mentioned in fees schedule of different courses in favor of Director Postgraduate Studies, PUMHSW Nawabshah(SBA).

Degree Courses Rs: 45,000/- Per Year

Diploma Courses / MCPS Rs: 25,000 /- Per Year

For Self-Finance Candidates Rs. 100,000/- Per Year (For Diploma Courses only)

Fee for Overseas Candidates 5,000/- $ (Dollars) Per Year

No separate call letters shall be issued for Entry test / Interview; therefore, the candidates are advised to note the important dates given below.

No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates.

PGMC, PUMHSW, however reserves the right of postponement of any date due to any unforeseen circumstances.

The University reserves the right to change the Rules & Regulations for Postgraduate Studies from time to time.
